Rödl & Partner advises Messe Frankfurt on its collaboration with global food equipment and technology trade show Process Expo

Atlanta, Georgia, 18 January 2021: Rödl & Partner advised Messe Frankfurt on establishing a Joint Venture with FPSA (Food Processing Supplier Association) to co-produce the global food equipment and technology trade fair "Process Expo". Process Expo is the largest trade show for food and beverage processing in the U.S., which is hosted biannually in Chicago. During its latest edition in 2019, the trade show welcomed more than 500 exhibitors.
 
Rödl & Partner's U.S. transaction services team led by Frank Breitenfeldt acted as the exclusive financial and tax advisor to Messe Frankfurt. Key service areas included financial and tax due diligence. The Joint Venture was established on November 13, 2020.
