Rödl & Partner advises PSG on the acquisition of plenigo via its portfolio company Billwerk+

Eschborn, 10.7.2023: Rödl & Partner advised PSG Equity (PSG), one of the leading growth equity firms partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, on the acquisition of Plenigo GmbH (plenigo) via its portfolio company Billwerk+, a leading pan-European cloud-based subscription management, recurring billing and payments platform. Founded in 2013, plenigo is a German software-as-a-service subscription management and recurring billing platform for publishing and media companies in the DACH region.

PSG received financial and tax due diligence support from a Rödl & Partner team specialising in M&A transactions, led by Partners Jochen Reis and Florian Kaiser together with Associate Partners Felix Markowsky and Mimoun Houbbani. Associate Partner Felix Markowsky was responsible for the financial due diligence, while the Eschborn-based M&A tax team led by Associate Partner Mimoun Houbbani provided the tax support. Senior Associate Alexander Wübbels and Associate Jendrik Dohr completed the advisory team of Rödl & Partner.
