The World Market Leader Index for the DACH region, developed and researched by the HBM Unternehmerschule of the University of St.Gallen, has been in existence since 2016.
The world market leaders are in a class of their own, internationally active and successful companies with superior technology and family character.
As a result, Rödl & Partner, together with the HBM Unternehmerschule of the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, developed the Rödl & Partner World Market Leader Index Germany, which is exclusively dedicated to German world market leaders.
Although there are already a number of studies and databases on these companies, they have two aspects in need of improvement: the selection criteria are not always clear and the entire lists are not made fully available to the public. This is different with the Rödl & Partner World Market Leader Index Germany. It focuses on an objective and transparent selection process for the actual world market leaders.
Every six months, the German world market leaders are anonymously surveyed for their assessment of current economic and financial policy issues.
The Rödl & Partner World Market Leader Index Germany is based on the World Market Leader Index for the DACH region of the University of St.Gallen. The main initiator of this index was the Würth Group.
