Employment procedure for foreign workforce in Indonesia

Indonesian companies are allowed to employ foreign workforce in Indonesia. There are several limitations and requirements that need to be observed, e.g. foreign workers shall only be employed for a certain period of time and for certain positions, as permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations.
