Digital House of Competence

Digital Agenda: focus on people and readiness for change

The Digital Agenda of Rödl & Partner describes and provides details on the digital transformation process of our entire firm. Amid all the necessary technical aspects, the “focus on people” remains the core component of our corporate culture. We are convinced that people will be the crucial success factor also in the future.
At the same time, our work life will radically change. In the future, our activities will be even more strongly shaped by new technologies than so far. We view this change as both an individual and a company-wide opportunity. Therefore, our Digital Agenda aims at the optimal integration of personal and digital competencies. Our "Digital House of Competence" provides the framework for the Digital Agenda.

Digital client experience: tangible added value for the client

The centrepiece of new business models is the creation of a specific value for the client. Our aim is to ensure the optimal "digital fit" within our clients’ needs – i.e. to support our clients in the best possible manner with a tailor-made and innovative advisory concept. To this end, our service lines also rely in particular on the active exchange with technical business units so as to provide an optimal bundle of advisory services and technical implementation competence.

Example: digital fit in the audit practice
