As a leading auditing and consulting firm, Rödl & Partner stands for trust, reliability and quality. We are committed to providing our services to the highest standards, both professionally and ethically. Ethical integrity shapes our work and corporate culture and at the same time forms the basis for our long-term economic success.

On a daily basis, our clients place great trust in us. To our employees, this means a great responsibility. Our Code of Conduct sets out our shared values and provides clear guidelines for responsible conduct at Rödl & Partner.

Our commitment to protecting human rights

By recognizing our responsibility, we attach particular importance to our human rights and environmental due diligence obligations along the supply chain. As part of our efforts to identify (potential) risks as early as possible and prevent or remedy them, we communicate transparently with all relevant stakeholders in our supply chain, continuously develop our internal guidelines and processes and offer access to an anonymous complaint system.

In line with our corporate values, it is our aim to be informed about particularly risky human rights and environmental protection issues within the Rödl & Partner group and amongst our suppliers so that we can address them with suitable measures.

Complaints procedure for human rights or environmental risks

A key element of our supply chain due diligence process is Rödl & Partner's grievance mechanism. The system is designed to facilitate secure and confidential reporting of potential human rights or environmental risks or violations of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

The complaints procedure is available to all our internal and external stakeholders in the supply chain. Please contact us at the following telephone number +49 911 9193 5050 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm) or by e-mail via the central e-mail humanrights@roedl.com. For more information on the grievance process, please refer to our Rules of Procedure.

Sustainability Reporting

Transparent communication with our stakeholders is of great importance for us. Therefore, we have been publishing sustainability reports, since 2017 on a voluntary basis.

GROWING TOGETHER – our fourth sustainability report 2021/2022 shows how we fulfill our corporate responsibility at Rödl & Partner and bring our sustainability goals to life. We disclose our key areas of action and report across our locations in 26 European countries. By 2025, we will include all Rödl & Partner offices in around 50 countries in the reporting in order to enhance sustainability at all levels.

For ecological reasons, our sustainability reports are only provided in digital form.
